Butter
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Season beef patties with salt and black pepper, to taste.
Cook patties on a grill or skillet until desired doneness.
Place cheese slices on patties and allow to melt.
In a separate skillet, cook Taylor ham until lightly crisped.
Fry eggs in butter to desired doneness.
Toast burger buns lightly.
Assemble burgers with patty, Taylor ham and egg on top.
Serve immediately.
