Ingredients

  • 2 Ground Beef Patties
  • 2 slices Taylor Ham Pork Roll
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • 2 Burger Buns
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season beef patties with salt and black pepper, to taste.
  • Cook patties on a grill or skillet until desired doneness.
  • Place cheese slices on patties and allow to melt.
  • In a separate skillet, cook Taylor ham until lightly crisped.
  • Fry eggs in butter to desired doneness.
  • Toast burger buns lightly.
  • Assemble burgers with patty, Taylor ham and egg on top.
  • Serve immediately.
