Ingredients

  • One 3-ounce package Cream Cheese softened
  • One 8-ounce block sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Lager Beer

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and beat until combined and slightly fluffy.
  • Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper.
  • Beat until fully incorporated.
  • Slowly add beer while mixing until the dip becomes smooth and spreadable.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • Remove from refrigerator and let sit briefly to soften before serving.
  • Serve with pretzels, bread, or crackers.
