Ingredients

  • Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce (See "Related Recipes" above for a Link to this Recipe and for a Link to Red Lobster’s Alfredo Sauce, if you'd like to try that one.)
  • 8 ounces Fettuccine
  • 2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Chopped fresh Parsley to serve
  • Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese to serve

Instructions

  • Prepare Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce according to the recipe in the Recipe Box above. Set aside.
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
  • Pound the chicken breasts lightly to even thickness.
  • Rub with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place chicken breasts in hot skillet and sear 5 - 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature: 165°F).
  • Transfer to a plate and tent with foil. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Slice chicken across the grain.
  • Toss pasta in the sauce and divide among serving plates.
  • Top with chicken slices.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot.
