Old Glory BBQ Butterscotch Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Place butter into a medium skillet. Place over medium heat.
  • When butter has melted and is hot (do not burn), add brown sugar, cream and vanilla. Stir until thickened.
  • Add pecans. Stir to mix. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
