Pre-heat an electric griddle or large skillet to 275°F.
Separate or cut English Muffins in half, top and bottom, sandwich-style.
Place muffins, inside faces down, on dry griddle and, applying pressure, toast to a golden brown, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Butter both toasted halves of the English muffin liberally with melted butter. Put a slice of American cheese on the bottom half.Set aside.
Lay 2 egg rings (if you have only one, do this in 2 steps) on the pre-heated grill.
Spray with non stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Crack eggs and pour 1 into each egg ring on the griddle.
Poke the yolk with a sharp instrument so it flows.
Cook about 2 1/2 minute, whites should firm up and the yolks should still be a bit "liquidy". Carefully remove rings, leaving the eggs on the griddle (you may have to "slice" around the edges if it sticks).
Very carefully turn eggs over.
Lay slices of Canadian bacon on the griddle.
After about 30 - 45 seconds, flip Canadian bacon and remove the eggs, placing them on the bottom halves (cheesed halves) of the prepared muffin.
Place cooked bacon slices on top.
Cover with tops of the muffins.
Eat immediately, hot.
