Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped Artichoke Hearts
  • 3/4 pound Blue Crab Meat or Dungeness Crab Meat picked over
  • 3/4 pound Shrimp cooked, peeled, deveined and chopped fine
  • 80 or so pieces fried Pita, Crustini, Tortilla Chips and/or other Dippers of choice
  • 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo, store bought or homemade, of choice (See Box Below for Links to Recipes), for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer 1 - 2 minutes, until smooth.
  • Add mustard, mayonnaise, Old Bay season and garlic powder. Blend thoroughly.
  • Fold in artichokes, crab meat and shrimp. Do not over mix!
  • Place mixture into an over-safe serving or casserole dish.
  • Place in preheated oven and bake until cheese is hot and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and garnish top with pico de gallo.
  • Serve hot (be sure to warn your guests!) with dippers.
