Margaritaville Chimichurri Recipe

- 1 cup coarsely chopped Parsley
- 3 tablespoons Sherry or Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 large cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add parsley, cilantro, vinegar, garlic and crushed red pepper to a food processor. Process to a rough paste.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place sauce in a bowl. Add olive oil. Mix well.
Allow to stand at least 20 minutes or refrigerate it overnight (allow to come to room temperature before serving).
