- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 Flat Iron Steak
- Margaritaville Chimichurri (See the Recipe Box below for this Recipe)
Place olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to emulsify.
Place steak in a gallon plastic bag.
Add marinade. Place bag in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Prepare Margaritaville Chimichurri according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside. (Can be done in advance)
Remove steak from marinade and place on a plate. Allow to come to room temperature. Preheat grill to medium high.
Cook steak for 6 minutes on the first side. Rotate 45 degrees and continue cooking for an additional 6 minutes.
Flip steak and cook another 6 to 8 minutes or until the internal temperature is 135 degrees for medium rare.
Remove from the grill and let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice thin against the grain.
Place sliced steak on a serving plate or platter and fan out (See photo above).
Drizzle a bit of Margaritaville Chimichurri across the slices and place remainder on table for use by guests.
Serve hot.
