Meatballs
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, place garlic, bread crumbs, cheese and salt. Mix well.
In another medium bowl, add beef, parsley, eggs and milk. Using you hands, mix together a bit.
Add beef mixture to bread crumb mixture. Mix well by hand until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Do not overmix. (The less you mix the meat, the better. Over mixing the ingredients will cause the meatballs to be tough. Note - This happens with homemade burgers, too.)
Remove bits of mixture to form 16 evenly-sized meatballs. (When forming the balls, handle as little as possible. Do not toss them from hand to hand or roll them on the prep table, but instead gently shape them in the palms of your hands.)
Pour olive oil in a large skillet.
Place skillet over medium high heat.
When oil is hot and shimmering, add the meatballs. Cook and brown on all sides until cooked through.
Remove meatballs from pan and place on a cooking sheet.
Place sheet in preheated oven. Finish cooking in oven for about 10 minutes.
Spaghetti and Sauce
In a large sauce pan, place marinara and meatballs. Cook until the meatballs are heated throughout.
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
Toss pasta immediately in the heated marinara.
Llace in warmed serving dish with meatballs on top. Spoon additional sauce over the meatballs.
