- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped Pickles or Relish
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles or relish, finely chopped onion and lemon juice until well blended.
Stir in Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
