- Four 8-ounce Mahi Mahi Fillets
- 1/2 cup Legal Sea Foods Lemon Peel Mint Crust (See the Recipe Box below for this Recipe)
- 1 cup Legal Sea Foods Romesco Sauce (See the Recipe Box below for this Recipe)
Prepare Legal Sea Foods Lemon Peel Mint Crust according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside.
Prepare Legal Sea Foods Romesco Sauce according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a shallow-sided baking pan.
Place Mahi Mahi fillets on the prepared pan. Spread 2 tablespoons of Lemon Peel Mint Crust over each fillet.
Place in preheated oven and roast for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven.
Drizzle with Romesco Sauce and serve hot.
