Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Jamaican Rum of choice
  • 1/2 ounces Creme de Noyeaux (Almond) or Orgeat
  • 4 ounces fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 4 ounces Sweet and Sour Mix store bought or homemade, of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Myer's Original Dark Rum to float
  • Orange Wedge to garnish
  • Cherry to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except Myer's Original Dark Rum and garnishes. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Hurricane, Tall Beer Glass or other glass.
  • Garnish orange wedge and cherry.
  • Serve.
