Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Chocolate Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell
  • 1 cup Pecans roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Molasses
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • Whipped Cream for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place pecans in the pie shell and spread evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and molasses until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Add salt, vanilla extract, and bourbon. Mix until combined.
  • Stir in flour until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour filling over pecans in pie shell.
  • Bake 40 minutes until the center is set but slightly soft.
  • Remove from oven and cool before slicing.
  • Serve slightly warm with whipped cream.
