- 2 Bone-in Pork Chops 1-inch thick
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika into a paste.
Rub seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops. Set aside to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Grill chops for 4 - 5 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from heat, tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
