Ingredients

  • 2 Bone-in Pork Chops 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika into a paste.
  • Rub seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops. Set aside to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Grill chops for 4 - 5 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Remove from heat, tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
