- 1 medium head Green Cabbage finely shredded
- 1 large Carrot peeled and grated
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.
Pour prepared dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
