Chocolate Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 ounces Baking Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons White Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat sugar, chocolate, corn syrup and milk, stirring only until sugar is dissolved.
  • Cook to soft ball stage, 238°F on a candy thermometer.
  • Add butter and remove from heat.
  • Place saucepan in cold water.
  • When icing is lukewarm, add vanilla.
  • Beat it to right consistency.
