- One 10-ounce package frozen chopped Spinach thawed and drained
- 2 cups shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- One 13.75-ounce can unmarinated Artichoke Hearts chopped
- 1/2 cup diced Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Two 8-ounce each packages Cream Cheese at room temperature
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add spinach, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, artichokes hearts, tomatoes and garlic. Toss to mix.
To a second bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well until fully combined.
Add mayonnaise mixture to spinach mixture. Fold to mix completely.
Place completed mixture in an oven proof baking dish.
Place dish in preheated oven. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Carefully remove from oven and serve with warm with chips, crackers or toasted French bread for dipping.
