Ingredients

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes finely diced
  • 1/2 cup finely diced White Onion
  • 1 small Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and cilantro in a medium bowl.
  • Add lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
  • Taste. Adjust salt and/or lime juice as needed.
