Chi-Chi’s Pico de Gallo Recipe

- 4 Roma Tomatoes finely diced
- 1/2 cup finely diced White Onion
- 1 small Jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and cilantro in a medium bowl.
Add lime juice, salt and pepper.
Stir gently to combine.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Taste. Adjust salt and/or lime juice as needed.
