Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 generous teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Shallots
  • 1 clove Garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small food processor. Process until well blended.
