- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
- 10 ounces fresh Spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic. Cook briefly until fragrant.
Add spinach in batches, tossing as it wilts.
Cook until spinach is fully wilted but still bright green.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss to combine and remove from heat.
Serve immediately while hot.
