Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
  • 10 ounces fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic. Cook briefly until fragrant.
  • Add spinach in batches, tossing as it wilts.
  • Cook until spinach is fully wilted but still bright green.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Toss to combine and remove from heat.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
