Dry White Wine

freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

Heavy Cream

unsalted Butter

Salt
to taste
Instructions
Place wine and lemon juice into a medium skillet. Place over medium low heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Slowly add cream and cook until slightly thick.
Turn heat to low and slowly whisk in chilled butter until the sauce emulsifies.
Taste. Add salt, to taste, if needed.
