Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted Butter chilled
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place wine and lemon juice into a medium skillet. Place over medium low heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Slowly add cream and cook until slightly thick.
  • Turn heat to low and slowly whisk in chilled butter until the sauce emulsifies.
  • Taste. Add salt, to taste, if needed.
