- 1 1/2 ounces Bonefish Grill Citrus Herb Vinaigrette (See "Spotlight Recipes" below for a Link to this Recipe)
- 3 ounce Mixed Field Greens
- 1/2 ounces Sun Dried Tomatoes cut into thin strips
- 6 blanched Green Beans
- Three 1/2-ounce slices fresh Mozzarella
- 3 spears cooked Asparagus
- One 6-ounce fillet Salmon grilled until done
- 1 tablespoon toasted Pine Nuts
Prepare Bonefish Grill Citrus Herb Vinaigrette according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside.
Place field greens, sun dried tomatoes and green beans in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with prepared vinaigrette (do not over dress greens). Toss to mix well and coat evenly.
Pile tossed and dressed field greens in the center of a dinner plate.
Arrange mozzarella slices at 12:00, 4:00 and 8:00.
Place asparagus across greens.
Place hot grilled salmon over asparagus on the top of the salad.
Sprinkle pine nuts over salad.
Serve immediately.
