- 8 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Finely grated Lemon Zest from 3 Lemons
- 4 ounces freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 bunch Flat Leaf Italian Parsley
- 1 cup Olive Oil
Place garlic, salt, oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon zest and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse chop until all ingredients are approximately 1/8-inch in size.
Add Italian parsley. Pulse chop until parsley is 1/8-inch in size.
Add the olive oil. Blend quickly - Do not over blend.
Allow the sauce to marinate for 30 minutes before serving. (This can be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use up to a week.)
