- 2 cups chopped Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded Red Cabbage
- 2 - 3 poached boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup crumbled crisp Bacon
- 1/2 cup grated Carrot
- 1/4 cup whole Kernel Corn
- 1/2 cup dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
- Italian Dressing store bought or homemade, of choice, to taste
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
In a large bowl, add all ingredients, except blue cheese crumbles. Toss to mix well.
Divide onto serving plates. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
Alternately, place prepared salad into a large serving bowl or dish. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
