- 8 - 10 boneless Chicken Wings
- 2 ounces Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Two 12-inch Flour Tortilla
- 4 ounces shredded Lettuce
- 4 ounces diced Tomatoes
- 4 ounces shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3 ounces Blue Cheese Dressing
Place boneless wings into basket of 350°F fryer. Cook about 5 - 6 minutes until golden brown.
Remove to a paper towel-covered plate to drain. (Alternately, cook boneless wings any other way you like including stove top frying or baking.)
Place cooked wings in a bowl.
Add buffalo sauce. Toss to fully coat.
Heat tortillas in microwave for 15 seconds.
Place warm tortillas on a work surface or plates.
Spread lettuce and tomatoes evenly on tortillas.
Cut boneless wings into strips.
Place strips down center of the tortillas.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Fold tortillas like burritos.
Cut each burrito into 2 equal halves.
Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side.
