Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Salad Dressing store bought or homemade, of choice (See Boxes Below for Links to Recipes)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked until crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion peeled and thinly sliced
  • Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
  • Green Onions sliced, to garnish

Instructions

  • Rinse iceberg lettuce thoroughly. Remove any outer leaves.
  • Cut into four equal wedges. Pat dry with paper towels to ensure they’re crisp.
  • Place each wedge on a plate, with the flat cut side down for stability.
  • Drizzle each generously with blue cheese dressing.
  • Scatter crumbled blue cheese, crispy bacon, halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onions over the top of each wedge.
  • Drizzle a small amount of balsamic glaze over the salad for a touch of sweetness and tanginess.
  • Sprinkle with green onions.
  • Serve chilled.
