- 1 pound Imitation Crab Meat flaked
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions finely chopped
Place imitation crab in a large bowl and gently flake into bite-sized pieces.
In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and black pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Add celery and green onions to the dressing.
Fold dressing into crab mixture gently until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve chilled on crackers, bread or lettuce.
