1cupcold Double-Strength Coffee or 1 cup fresh cold Espresso

1/2 to 1tablespoonNestle Quik Chocolateor more to taste

1/8teaspoonXanthan Gum or 1 teaspoon dry Pectinto keep the Frapp from separating and give it a rich, thick mouth-feel. These add no flavor. You can leave either out without affecting the taste.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or mini-blender and process until the ice is smooth.
Pour into a cup and top with a generous heap of whipped cream.
