Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Steaks (Fillets)
  • Olive Oil for brushing
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Herb Butter (See Recipe Box below for this Recipe)

Instructions

  • Prepare Lemon Herb Butter according to the recipe in the Recipe Box below. Set aside.
  • Prepare a medium fire in a charcoal grill or preheat a gas grill to medium heat.
  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Place salmon on grill and cook on each side until done and flaky. (Salmon continues to cook after being removed from the grill. Cook salmon just until it begins to change color and becomes flaky.)
  • Remove salmon from the grill to a serving platter or serving plate.
  • Top each fillet with a generous amount of lemon herb butter. (It should melt all over the fish).
  • Cut lemon half reserved from the Lemon Butter into wedges (or use a fresh Lemon) and serve with fish.
