- 1 dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs peeled
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Paprika to garnish
Slice eggs in 1/2. Carefully scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl. Set whites aside.
Mash yolks with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard and salt. Blend with a fork until creamy.
