Ingredients

  • 1 dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs peeled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Paprika to garnish

Instructions

  • Slice eggs in 1/2. Carefully scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl. Set whites aside.
  • Mash yolks with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard and salt. Blend with a fork until creamy.
  • Spoon egg yolk mixture back into the cooked whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours to chill, or overnight.
