Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced Chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced Beef
  • 1/2 cup medium Shrimp
  • 4 teaspoons Dragon Salt (Find in Asian stores or larger supermarkets. Kosher salt can be substituted, if necessary.)
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup diced Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced Onions
  • 1/4 cup diced Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions cut into 1 inch sections
  • 1/4 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons 3G Sauce (See Box Below for a Link to this Recipe)
  • 8 ounces cooked Udon Noodles

Instructions

  • Place chicken, sliced beef and shrimp in one bowl or separate bowls.
  • Sprinkle dragon salt over all or each and toss to fully coat.
  • Place vegetable oil in wok or large skillet.
  • Preheat wok as advised by the manufacturer or place skillet over medium heat.
  • Coat the sides with vegetable oil by moving wok or skillet around.
  • Place chicken, shrimp and beef into wok or skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp is no longer translucent and chicken and beef are no longer pink. Remove the mixture from wok or skillet.
  • Add onions, bell peppers and potatoes. Cook until slightly tender.
  • Add green onions, mushrooms and tomatoes into the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp, chicken and beef back to the wok or skillet with the vegetables.
  • Top mixture with 3G sauce. (Feel free to modify the amount of sauce based on taste preferences. Increase the amount for a stronger flavor, or reduce the sauce quantity to let the protein and vegetables shine.) Stir to incorporate.
  • Divide Udon noodles evenly between two bowls.
  • Spoon cooked mixture evenly over noodles and serve immediately, hot.
