- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Tusker House Vanilla Sauce (See Box Below for this Recipe)
- 14 ounces Cinnamon Bread
- 12 ounces Whole Milk
- 8 ounces Liquid Eggs
- 4 ounces Brown Sugar
- 4 ounces White Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 4 ounces Raisins
- 4 ounces Pecans
- 10 ripe Bananas peeled
- 2 ounces Butter softened
- 3 ounces Sanding Sugar
Prepare Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Tusker House Vanilla Sauce according to the recipe in the Box below. Set aside.
Dice cinnamon bread into 1-inch squares. Place squares into a 12-inch round oven-safe pan.
In a large bowl, add milk, liquid eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, raisins and pecans. Mix well.
Mash up 6 bananas. Add add to the egg mixture.
Slice remaining 4 bananas into 1/4-inch slices. Add to the panned cinnamon bread.
Slowly pour liquid mixture over bread/sliced bananas mixture. Allow to stand and soak in for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place pan in preheated oven. Bake about 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and quickly brush top with butter and dust with sanding sugar.
Serve warm with vanilla sauce poured over individual servings.
