Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 10 large red skinned Potatoes about 5 pounds, cut into quarters

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add the first 8 ingredients, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Salt and Cayenne Pepper, to large bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Add prepared potatoes. Toss to coat fully.
  • Transfer potatoes to large rimmed baking sheet, spreading potatoes evenly. Sprinkle any spice mixture remaining in the bowl over the potatoes. No need to waste any of that goodness!
  • Place potatoes in preheated oven. Bake, stirring around every 15 minutes or so, until brown and tender, about 55 minutes.
