Ingredients

  • Four 8-ounce Beef Tenderloin Steaks
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 2 pounds Hearts of Romaine Lettuce torn
  • 1 cup Caesar Croutons or other Croutons of choice
  • 1 cup Caesar Salad Dressing, store bought or homemade, of choice (See Box Below for Links to Recipes)
  • 3 Tomatoes quartered
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

Instructions

  • Season steaks liberally on both sides with seasoned salt.
  • Grill medium rare to medium. (See Steak Degrees of Doneness Box below for Cooking Temperatures). Set aside.
  • Place lettuce in large bowl.
  • Add croutons. Mix well.
  • Add dressing. Mix until greens and croutons are well-coated.
  • Divide salad among 4 chilled plates.
  • Slice each steak into 6 slices. Place the meat on the center of each salad.
  • Garnish with tomato quarters.
  • Sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
