Ingredients

  • 1 ounces Bourbon of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Aged Rum of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Apple Brandy of choice
  • 1/4 ounce Blackstrap Rum of choice
  • 1/4 ounce Maple Syrup
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash Cinnamon Bitters
  • Cherry to garnish
  • Orange Peel to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled mixing glass, add all the ingredients, except cherry and orange peel. Stir until well-chilled.
  • Add a large ice cube (or several smaller cubes) to a Rocks, Old Fashioned, Double Old Fashioned or other glass.
  • Strain cocktail into prepared glass.
  • Drop cherry into cocktail.
  • Twist orange peel over glass and drop in.
  • Serve cold.
