Ingredients
- 8 fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces Light or White Rum
- 1 - 2 ounces Club Soda to top
- 2 Mint Leaves to garnish
Instructions
- To an empty shaker add 8 mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Gently muddle mint leaves to release the mint oils.
- Add rum.
- Fill shaker 1/2 to 3/4 full with ice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins, Double Rocks, Beer or other glass.
- Top with club soda to fill glass.
- Garnish with 2 mint leaves.
- Serve.
