Pacific Standard Terra Firma Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Pacific Standard Terra Firma Cocktail Recipe at home and your Terra Firma Cocktail will taste just like Pacific Standard.
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Japanese Whisky preferably Suntory Toki
- 3/4 ounce Apple Brandy preferably Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
- 3/4 ounce Blanc Vermouth preferably Dolin
- 1/4 ounce Bénédictine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Lemon Twist to garnish
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except lemon twist. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Coupe, Martini, Nick & Nora or other glass. (This is the actual version - I chose to enjoy it with a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass (See the photo above). Your choice. James)
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Serve.
