Ingredients

  • 4 extra large Eggs
  • 29 ounces canned Pumpkin
  • 3 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves
  • Two 9-inch Pie Crusts unbaked

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place eggs in a mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs until well-blended.
  • Add pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Mix until well-blended. Pour evenly into pie shells.
  • Place pies in preheated oven. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Serve warm or cold.
