Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted Butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add flour, sugar, water, milk, eggs, salt and butter to a blender. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, for best results.
  • Heat a crepe pan or a nonstick pan over medium high heat.
  • Brush lightly with melted butter (or spray before heating with non stick spray).
  • Pour in about 1 ounce of batter, just enough to cover bottom in a very thin layer. Swirl pan to cover bottom completely.
  • Cook crepe about one minute. Flip over and finish for 20 seconds.
  • Remove crepe to a plate.
  • Repeat until all batter is used or you have enough crepes. Stack crepes as you finish to keep them moist.
  • Serve warm.
  • Store leftover batter and unused crepes in separate tightly sealed containers, in the refrigerator, until ready to use, up to one week.
