Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour
1/4
cup
Sugar
1/2
cup
Whole Milk
1/2
cup
Water

Eggs

tablespoons
unsalted Butter
melted
1/2
teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Add flour, sugar, water, milk, eggs, salt and butter to a blender. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds.
Pour into a bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, for best results.
Heat a crepe pan or a nonstick pan over medium high heat.
Brush lightly with melted butter (or spray before heating with non stick spray).
Pour in about 1 ounce of batter, just enough to cover bottom in a very thin layer. Swirl pan to cover bottom completely.
Cook crepe about one minute. Flip over and finish for 20 seconds.
Remove crepe to a plate.
Repeat until all batter is used or you have enough crepes. Stack crepes as you finish to keep them moist.
Serve warm.
Store leftover batter and unused crepes in separate tightly sealed containers, in the refrigerator, until ready to use, up to one week.
