Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Dark Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Marshmallow Fluff

A Selection of Dippers - Suggestions:

  • Fresh Strawberries whole or sliced in 1/2
  • Pineapple Chunks
  • Bananas Slices
  • Pound Cake cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Brownies cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Apples cored and sliced
  • Marshmallows
  • Cherries stemmed and pitted

Instructions

  • In top section of double boiler add chocolate and milk.
  • With 1/2 inch of water in bottom section of double boiler, turn burner on high. When pot begins to steam, slowly stir mixture until all chocolate melts.
  • Lower heat to hold until served.
  • Top with marshmallow fluff when serving and, if you like, as needed during service.
