Ingredients

  • 1 box Fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 8 Jumbo Shrimp peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sliced Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup sautéed Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Carrabba's Italian Grill Lemon Butter (See Box Below for this Recipe)
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce store bought or homemade, of choice
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano Cheese

Instructions

  • Carrabba's Italian Grill Lemon Butter Sauce according to the recipe in the Box below. Set aside.
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, sauté shrimp until nearly done.
  • Add garlic, green onions and mushrooms. Stir and cook until warmed.
  • Add lemon butter. Stir and cook until warmed.
  • In a separate pan, add Alfredo. Warm to simmer.
  • Add as much prepared fettuccine as you like based on servings and all Romano cheese. Cook until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.
  • Plate pasta.
  • Top with shrimp mixture.
  • Serve hot.
