Cracker Barrel Peach Cobbler Recipe

Bottom

Bisquick

cup
Milk

1 stick Unsalted Butter
1/2
teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
Nutmeg
Filling
2 15-
ounce
cans sliced peach slices in heavy syrup
drained
1/4
cup
sugar
Topping
1
tablespoon
melted Butter
1/2
teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2
cup
light Brown Sugar
1/4
cup
sliced Almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Generously coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Bottom
In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until until combined.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Filling
In another medium bowl, combine peaches and sugar. Mix well.
Pour over bottom batter in baking dish. Do NOT mix.
Place baking dish in preheated oven. Bake cobbler for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven - but leave oven on.
Topping
In a small bowl, combine1 tablespoon melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, brown sugar and almonds. Mix well.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of cobbler.
Place back in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes on the counter.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
