Preheat a broiler to high heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of all salmon fillets.
Place fillets in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, add breadcrumbs, horseradish, melted butter, dill, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly with a fork. The mixture should be moist but not gummy.
Using your hand (wear a rubber kitchen glove, if you like) carefully pat breadcrumb mixture onto each filet until you create a 1/4-inch crust.
Place fillets into broiler. Broil until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Do not over-cook.
Remove pan from oven and set aside briefly.
Turn off the broiler and set the oven to 400°F.
When oven reaches temperature, place pan back in oven and cook the salmon for 6 to 8 minutes, until firm and opaque at the center. Do not over-cook.
Transfer salmon to serving plates.'
Place a lemon wedge on the side. Sprinkle chopped parsley lightly over the entire plate.
Serve at once.
