- 3 pounds Chicken Wings, divided into Wingetts and Drummets, tips discarded
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dry Mustard
- 1 tablespoon ground Ginger or 1 tablespoon freshly grated Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place prepared chicken wings in a large shallow baking pan. Set aside.
Place soy sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard, ginger and garlic into saucepan.
Place saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil.
Remove marinade from heat immediately pour over wings. Stir and turn to make sure are wings are covered.
Place wings in preheated oven. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven and place wings on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.
Turn oven to broil.
Place wings back in oven and brown until crispy, watching carefully and turning a couple of times.
