Place cream and butter into a medium sauce pan. Place pan over medium high heat and bring to a boil.
Add Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder and Montreal chicken seasoning. Stir to mix well and melt cheese.
Reduced heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
Add more pepper, garlic powder and/or Montreal chicken seasoning, if needed, to taste. Stir to mix.
Continue to simmer sauce on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Pour tomato and basil sauce into pot. Stir to mix. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
Taste. Add salt and/or other seasonings, to taste, if needed.
