- 9 cups hot Water
- 3/4 cup chopped or sliced Carrots
- 3/4 cup chopped or sliced Celery
- 1 cup chopped Onions
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Chicken Bouillon or Soup Base
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1 pound cooked boneless skinless Chicken Breast torn into large pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- One 16-ounce bag frozen Noodles of choice
In a large stock pot, add water, carrots, celery, onions, chicken bouillon, melted butter, chicken pieces salt and pepper. Stir gently to mix.
Place on stovetop over high heat and bring to a boil.
As soon as it started to boil, turn to medium-low heat. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
Add noodles. Simmer on medium-low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
