Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix well.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve up to 1 week. (It is better if made a day ahead to allow the flavors to meld.)
