Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared White Horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Basil
  • 1 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix well.
  • Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve up to 1 week. (It is better if made a day ahead to allow the flavors to meld.)
