Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Knott's Berry Farm Seedless Red Raspberry Jam or other Seedless Red Raspberry Jam of choice
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Canola Oil

Instructions

  • Place jam and vinegar in blender or food processor. Process 20 seconds. With motor running, gradually add oil in slow, steady stream.
  • Serve with Knott's Berry Farm Raspberry Salad.
  • Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for up to 2 weeks.
