Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 1 cup Fat Free Refried Pinto Beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked Brown Rice
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Salsa store bought or homemade, of choice (See Box Below for Links to Recipes)
  • 4 tablespoons Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

  • Warm tortillas.
  • Place each tortilla flat on a plate or work surface.
  • Spoon 1/2 of each ingredient, in order, down the middle of both tortillas.
