Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila or other Reposado Tequila of choice
  • 3/4 ounce Del Professore Rosso Vermouth or other Sweet Vermouth of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Cynar Liqueur
  • 1 Cocktail Cherry to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled glass, add all the ingredients, except cheery. Stir until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a Coupe, Martini, Nick & Nora or other glass.
  • Garnish with cherry.
  • Serve.
